Explore our primary series of CE-certified power conversion systems engineered for telecom, grid storage, and industrial equipment systems.
Establishing Reliability, Integrity, and State-of-the-Art Power Conversion Architectures for Global Industrial Operators.
Based in the prominent international trade center of Guangzhou, China, Guangzhou EVS Powers Co., Ltd. stands as a premium designer, developer, and manufacturer of advanced switching power supplies, high-efficiency DC power systems, modular power supplies, DC-DC converters, and specialized pure sine wave power inverters. EVS Powers integrates leading engineering expertise with precision manufacturing processes to address complex electrical challenges across critical industries.
We prioritize long-term customer value above all, defining structural quality as our foundational base, operational reliability as our guarantee, and target cost-efficiency as our competitive asset. Through robust technical consulting, standard-compliant certifications, and comprehensive customer integration services, we have formed long-standing distribution, OEM, and ODM partnerships with major enterprise operations in Europe, North and South America, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Understanding the architecture, semiconductors, and power factor topologies that deliver 95%+ conversion efficiency in demanding industrial applications.
To achieve efficiencies exceeding 92% and up to 95%, EVS Powers integrates Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) switches in our core topologies. Traditional silicon switches suffer from significant reverse recovery charge losses, limiting operational switching frequencies to under 100 kHz in high-power applications.
By adopting SiC and GaN, our platforms achieve lower drain-to-source on-resistance (Rds_on) and minimal capacitance. This allows for elevated switching frequencies (200 kHz and above), reducing the physical footprint of magnetic components (inductors, transformers) while keeping switching loss metrics negligible.
For high-power AC-DC conversion systems, EVS Powers employs LLC Resonant Half-Bridge and Full-Bridge topologies. Unlike hard-switching converters that experience high peak power stress, LLC converters enable Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) during turn-on and Zero Current Switching (ZCS) during turn-off.
By eliminating phase overlap between voltage and current during transistor transitions, switching losses are virtually eradicated. This configuration is standard in our EVS RM1103000S-M and ETP48200P rectifier architectures, facilitating cool, efficient operation under full load conditions.
Analog control loops struggle with drift over temperature extremes and components aging. EVS Powers utilizes high-speed Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) to run real-time control algorithms. These DSPs handle Active Power Factor Correction (APFC), synchronous rectification timing, and load sharing parameters.
Active PFC ensures our systems sustain a Power Factor of >0.99 with less than 5% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), preserving input line quality and preventing interference with adjacent equipment.
In closed cabinets and standard 19-inch 1U sub-racks, heat accumulation represents the primary failure point. EVS Powers uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to design airflow pathways, pairing them with copper-path thermal vias and aluminum heatsinks.
This design ensures that semiconductors remain well below their maximum junction temperatures, guaranteeing prolonged operations and stable performance at high ambient temperatures.

Delivering clean, stable, and highly efficient power architectures engineered to support vital operations worldwide.
Telecom environments demand uninterrupted DC power supplies with zero margin for failure. Our 19-inch 1U standard sub-rack rectifier systems deliver high-density, reliable 24V or 48V outputs. Integrated with Modbus and SNMP protocols, remote network operations centers can monitor module health, load balance ratios, and system temperatures in real time.
The N+1 hot-swappable module layout ensures uninterrupted operation. In the event of a module failure, remaining units seamlessly compensate for the load, allowing maintenance technicians to hot-swap components without downing the telecom nodes.
Industrial operations present severe challenges including grid voltage fluctuations, dust, and electrical transients. EVS Powers' high-capacity switching modules support 380V AC 3-phase inputs and output voltages up to 220V DC.
These power systems feature built-in overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and short-circuit safeguards. Conformal coating shields vulnerable components from moisture, airborne contaminants, and metal shavings common to heavy industrial environments.
With the expansion of localized solar and wind energy grids, reliable utility battery chargers and backup power supplies are critical. EVS Powers provides robust DC charging units featuring constant-current (CC) and constant-voltage (CV) charging profiles.
These modules support large battery configurations, providing isolated, clean charging current to ensure prolonged chemical service lives and reliable backup storage operations during mains outages.
Our rectifier systems serve as key components in fast DC chargers and localized microgrid power cabinets. Achieving up to 95% efficiency, these components minimize heat emission and power waste, helping charge operators optimize their operational margins.
Every manufactured batch undergoes rigorous electrical, environmental, and thermal testing to ensure full compliance with global CE, LVD, and EMC directives.
Reliability isn't just claimed; it is systematically verified. EVS Powers maintains a fully equipped testing lab inside our factory. Every unit undergoes automated screening to verify parameters under varying loads, input levels, and extreme temperatures.

Empowering engineering divisions and procurement offices with structural customization, regulatory compliance, and high supply chain stability.
Operating globally requires strict compliance with international standards. Our manufacturing processes and structural designs are calibrated to comply with the European Union's CE Directives (LVD 2014/35/EU and EMC 2014/30/EU), standardizing safety protocols under EN 62368-1 for information technology and audio/video gear.
Additionally, we assist with localization documentation, providing verified test records, certificates of origin, and customized electrical interfaces. Our systems are engineered to handle varying power grids, accommodating 220V single-phase or 380V/480V three-phase configurations to suit regional power infrastructure.
Component shortages can delay industrial initiatives. EVS Powers maintains strategic reserves of core semiconductor components and magnetic cores, shielding our clients from price volatility and supply chain disruptions.
As a primary manufacturer, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM customization. Whether you require modified chassis designs, custom output voltages (e.g., 110V DC, 220V DC, or 13.8V DC battery backup voltages), or specialized communications features (Modbus TCP/IP, SNMP, PMBus), our engineering division can configure solutions matching your specifications.
